At Sachi Paba Furniture, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product received is damaged during delivery
The product delivered is different from what was ordered
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made furniture
Products made according to customer-specified measurements or designs
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
All return requests are subject to inspection by our team.
Approval will be based on product condition and the reason for return.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days after approval.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are allowed only for eligible items and subject to availability.
Custom-made furniture cannot be exchanged.
If your furniture arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours
Provide clear photos or videos of the damage
Do not assemble or use the product before reporting the issue
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate delivery details
Inspecting items upon delivery
Ensuring suitable access for delivery
